• DEMAND
  Transport demand (million pkm, tkm, vkm), occupancy rates, load factors
  per country, trip purpose, trip distance, region, period, network, vehicle category, fuel type, vehicle type, year.
• STOCK
  Road and rail stock (# vehicles)
  per country, vehicle category, fuel type, vehicle type, vehicle technology, vehicle age, year.
• EMISSIONS
  Emissions and fuel consumption (ton/year), marginal external costs (euro/vkm), apparent emission factors (g/vkm)
  per country, region, network, period, vehicle category, fuel type, vehicle type, vehicle technology, year, pollutant type

History of the versions

Version 2.7 - November 2007

• Version 2.7 can be executed using the free GAMS 22.0 demo version

Version 2.6 - November 2007 (developed in FP6 GRACE project)

• New external cost module and extended welfare module including (marginal) external costs of noise, accidents and infrastructure wear and tear
• Detailed endogenous truck cost modelling replaces earlier truck tariffs from the SCENES model

Version 2.52 - July 2007

• Large update to 31 countries and to 1995-2030 (previous: 21 countries and 1995-2020)

• Corrected tkm & vkm for heavy duty trucks in emission pivot procedure (split into technologies)

Version 2.20 - October 2004

• Updated, final Scenes run and thus final Demand Module.
• Improved road stock forecasts.
• Some improvements on emission calculations.

Version 2.1 - June 2004

• Updated emissions module: update from Copert II to Copert III, fuel consumption and CO2 based on ACEA database.
• Transport demand and vehicle stock remained the same as version 2.0
• Some additional output tables, e.g. load factors.

• Small diesel car emissions changed slightly.
